We are open 24 Hours/7 days a week
Through the HYBRID Athlete Foundation, our CrossFit gym has 24-hour access, outside of class times!
This enables our athletes to have full access of our facilities, whenever they need it.
While we encourage and want 100% of our athletes to be in our classes every day, we understand that life happens. And when it does, we don’t think that your ability to workout should be hampered by that. Our schedule shouldn’t always dictate yours.
Wake up late for your usual 6am class?
Relax, have your coffee, then come in and get some fasted cardio!
Get off a late shift?
Come get your midnight gainz snack!
Want to hit a double day?
Come knock out your training mid-morning before evening classes!

Our classes are top notch
In our smaller capped classes, you’ll find that you not only get our amazing community to train with, but you’ll also get:
One-on-one time with our coaches
Technique and mechanics improvement
Customization to each day’s workout to best fit your goals and needs
Clear and concise demonstrations and teaching of new skills
We generally run FIVE (5) classes a day on weekdays, and ONE (1) class on each weekend
6AM, 12PM, 4:45PM, 5:45PM, 6:45PM (except on Fridays)
9:30AM on Saturday
