How it works

Download HybridAF app and create an account. iPhone / Android

To use the app to access the door, do the following:

  1. Tap locations

  2. Review Waiver and Rules

  3. Tap and hold until your phone vibrates/alerts you, or you hear the door “click”. (Its not instant, just wait a couple seconds!)

  4. Then just PUSH the door open (the door knob doesn’t turn)

Important Gym locations

  • Light switches is to the right of the door when you walk in. NOTE: Backyard lights operate on their own timer, and DO NOT need to be shut off.

  • Front doors stay closed at all times unless staff is there or it is 15 minutes before the start of class, however you can roll up any of the two back doors using the chains on the right side of the doors

  • Water fountains can be accessed in the back hallway by the stairs

  • Both fans can be operated but you MUST follow these operations steps!

    Turning on the fan:

    - Turn fan speed dial to 0

    - Turn on power button

    - Rotate fan to desired setting

    Turning off the fan:

    - Turn fan speed dial back to 0

    - Push power button

  • Benches/sleds are in outside shed, ask staff for code

24-Hour Access Rules and Guidelines

  1. Do not bring or otherwise allow a person that is not an approved member or guest of the facility to access the facility without permission of management.

  2. Do not bring or otherwise allow a person younger than 18 years of age to access the facility without permission of management.

  3. You may use the facility outside of regularly scheduled class times only unless you have permission from a coach. See our full schedule for details.

  4. Athletes alone in the gym should keep their HybridAF app nearby in order to use the 911 feature if required. In an emergency, press the button, which will assist you in calling 911.

  5. FRONT Garage doors must remain closed during all non-class hours, but rear and side doors can be opened. Rear/side doors must be at halfway or closed during Quiet Hours*.

  6. Music must be played on headphones, cell phones, or mini speakers during Quiet Hours*.

  7. No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs is permitted in the gym at any time.

  8. Only use equipment you understand how to use.

  9. Inspect the equipment to make sure it is properly functioning prior to using the equipment.

  10. Utilize a spotter (as necessary) whenever lifting heavy weight. Make intelligent decisions when choosing to lift heavier loads over 85%.

  11. Stop exercising if you experience a potential injury and seek medical attention.

  12. Inspect your surroundings to make sure equipment and weights are not obstructing your intended exercise and remove potential trip hazards from the floor.

  13. Notify management and all other members using the facility if any equipment is not working properly or if you notice any potentially dangerous conditions within the facility.

  14. The gym is monitored 24/7 by surveillance cameras.  Do not touch, move, or unplug any security cameras.

  15. Turn off lights and music (switches by the front door) and shut and lock ALL doors.

  16. Any items taken from the Retail Section must be noted on the retail purchase list at front desk. Failure to report is considered stealing and will be dealt with accordingly.

  17. Return all equipment, chalk, and/or other gym supplies to their designated storage place after using the equipment and pick up any items or trash brought into the gym or bathrooms.

*Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM. Dropping of weights should be indoors and loud music is prohibited. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
