2x 1-hour sessions, with a designated Coach. Once completed, you can attend ANY of our classes!
First month of UNLIMITED membership is included after lessons
We will identify individual movement mechanics, mobility/strength limitations, conditioning level, and personalize all the ways to modify and start your fitness journey.
