RX STANDARDS (to help with those on the fence about divisions)
The following are standards, not necessarily movements that will be in the Melee. It is recommended that ANY TWO of your teammates be able to do any combination of the listed movements. Its okay if only one can... but it will suck :P.
RX
Overhead squat for reps, 115/80
Clean for reps, 155/105
Snatch for reps, 135/95
Chest to bar Pull-ups
Muscle-ups (ring or bar)
Toes-to-bar
DB snatch, 70/50#
Rope climb
Double-unders
Swim 500m (lol jk) (or am I?)
NOTES
- Women's scaled will NOT have pull-ups
- If any division has less than 3 teams, teams will be refunded.
- Prizes will be posted soon once all sponsors have been secured!
For scaled:
Single-unders
Hanging knee raises
Clean for reps, 95/65
Snatch for reps, 75/55
DB snatch, 50/35
OHS, 65/45
Shoulder to overhead, 75/55
