With a partner, for time:

6 rounds (partners alternate) P1: 15 Wall balls P2: 3 Burpee MU or 8 burpee CTB

Run 400m

6 Rounds P1: 4 Squat cleans, 205/145 P2: 8 Burpee Box Jumps

Run 400m

6 Rounds P1: 10 KBS, 70/53# P2: 10 TTB

Finished with accumulation of 40 Assault bike cals.
